This page explains how Dicey Poker users can request deletion of their account and related data. Dicey Poker is provided by the developer listed on the Dicey Poker app page in Google Play and the App Store.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Dicey Poker app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile screen.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Account deletion in the app permanently deletes your Dicey Poker account and removes or anonymizes account-related data where technically and legally possible.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at pokerdicey@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Dicey Poker account. Please include:
- the subject line: Dicey Poker account deletion request;
- the email address used for your Dicey Poker account;
- your nickname, if you know it.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
Data deleted or anonymized
When your Dicey Poker account is deleted, we delete or anonymize data such as:
- account login and profile information, including email address, nickname, selected country and profile photo;
- premium entitlement records stored by Dicey Poker, where applicable;
- leaderboard entries, rating records and profile-linked statistics;
- open games, active games, game history and chats linked to the deleted account, where technically possible;
- push notification tokens and app-specific account records.
Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, moderation, debugging, backup integrity, or to preserve the integrity of games involving other users. Where possible, retained records are anonymized or disconnected from the deleted account.
Timing
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Email deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after we verify the request. Backup and log cleanup may take longer according to normal service retention cycles.
